Tokyo-2001: Scanning Probe Microscopy, Sensors and Nanostructures
Call for Papers
We would like to invite you to contribute to the session on Nanostructures that will be held at the Tokyo-2001 Conference: Scanning Probe microscopy, Sensors and Nanostructures, from May 27 - 31, 2001, in Makuhari, Japan. With this meeting, the organizers wish to keep alive the multidisciplinary spirit of the Scanning Microscopy meetings organized in the past by Om Johari, where biologists, physicists and chemists had many fruitful discussions.
In the session on Nanostructures we would like to emphasize the theoretical and experimental work on nano-scaled structures made of any kind of materials by any kind of fabrication methods, including both self-organized and synthetic sublithographic processes. Applications of processing should include developments of nanoscaled devices as well as chemical or physical sensors and next generation LSI's. See also the General Introduction.
Registration for this session proceeds through the same Abstract Submission document. Furthermore, we would appreciate your help in drawing the attention of this conference to those which might be interested in presenting or attending.
Hope to see you in Tokyo.
Yours sincerely,
