Deadline of the hotel accommodation reservation is April 20, 2001.

The conference hotel is the Makuhari Prince Hotel.
Please fill a reservation form and send it to the hotel directly by Air Mail or FAX.
Do not use E-mail for security!

Attention !!
Please make your hotel reservation as soon as possible.
Room availability is no longer guaranteed after the deadline.
Other hotels in Makuhari area have already been fully booked,
while hotels in Tokyo-city or Chiba-city are very expensive and inconvenient.
(It takes about one hour to come to Makuhari area.)

Room prices are given in yen where currently the exchange rate is 110 -120 yen/$USD.
These are special room rates for Tokyo-2001.

Single room: 9,100 yen for single use

Twin room: 9,100 yen per person for two person use
Twin room: 18,200 yen for single use

Triple room: 7,100 yen per person for three person use

Single room + sofa bed: 6,100 per person for two person use
