Important Notice to Presenters

Oral | Poster

To oral presenters:

Each presentation period includes 2 minutes discussion time.
Please keep your presentation time to avoid a delay behind the schedule.

You can use an overhead projector or a PC projector.
Slide and video projectors will not be prepared.
The PC projector accepts VGA (640x480), SVGA (800x600), XGA (1024x768), and SXGA (1280x960) display signals through the mini D-sub 15 pins connector (VGA connector).

If you want to use the PC projector, please inform it to the registration desk and do a connection test prior to your presentation.

To poster presenters:

The poster board size is 90 cm in width and 120 cm in height.

The obligation date of your presentation appears in the program, but you are strongly encouraged to put up your poster during the whole date of the conference for further discussion.
