Institute of Industrial Science, The University of Tokyo and TATA Consutancy Servics Signed MoU to Explore Research Opportunities in Digital Technologies

Institute of Industrial Science, The University of Tokyo (UTokyo-IIS) and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate on technology research and facilitate inter-personnel exchange.

The MoU opens the prospect of TCS and UTokyo-IIS working together on fundamental research, technology validation and the real-world applications and commercialization of technologies, commencing in the area of robotics. It also paves the way for an exchange of scholars and researchers between the two organizations.
