写真制作における全ての作業が保有機材のみで対応可能となっており、より細かい撮影に対応できるよう室内には業務用ストロボや背景紙などを備えた撮影スタジオを完備しています。また、多種多様な被写体（サイズ・素材）への対応が可能となるよう各種フォーマットのカメラを保有し、案件ごとに最適な機材を選択し撮影を進めています。

All photographic work can be handled using only our own equipment, and we have a photography studio equipped with professional strobes and background paper for more detailed photography. We also have cameras of various formats to accommodate a wide variety of subjects (sizes and materials), and select the most appropriate equipment for each project.

 

 

 

イベントの記録から配信サポートまで、幅広く対応できるよう機材も含め体制を整えています。業務内容としては、記録としての映像制作（イベント・実験記録）と企画・演出を含めた映像制作（広報・教育教材）の2つに分かれており、主に所内広報関連部門や外部制作会社等と連携し業務を行っています。また、配信については、主に所内ホール・会議室等でのZoomを使用したWeb配信などのサポート対応を行っています。

We have a system in place, including equipment, to provide a wide range of services from event recording to distribution support. Our work is divided into two categories: video production for recording (events and experimental records) and video production including planning and direction (public relations and educational materials), and we work mainly in cooperation with the public relations department within IIS as well as outside production companies. 24時間利用可能なオープン利用機器として、大判インクジェットプリンター3台を導入しており、主に研究発表用途でのポスター作成などで活用していただいております。印刷サイズは、規格サイズであるA4からB0までと長尺印刷に対応しており、従来から提供している写真用紙への印刷に加え、不織布などへの印刷にも対応が可能となっており、細かいニーズにも対応できるよう各自希望する用紙を持参してもらう持ち込み印刷サービスも行っております。また、写真プリント制作用途としてA4サーマルフォトプリンターも完備しています。

生研構成員の方々は２４時間利用可能となっておりますが、円滑な運営のため下記注意事項に留意し印刷を行って下さい。
〇入室の際必要となりますのでIISカードをお持ちください。
〇受付簿に出力内容を記入し印刷を開始してください。ミスも含め出力したものはすべて印刷料金が発生します。下記の説明動画のみでは操作が不安な方、出力結果に問題があった際は室員までお声がけください。

〇パワーポイントでの出力の際は、元データとPDFへ変換したものをお持ちください。文字化けなどの対策で必要となります。
〇不織布印刷をご希望の際は、事前にお問い合わせください。

Three large-format inkjet printers have been installed as open-use equipment available 24 hours a day, and are used mainly for creating posters for research presentations. Printing sizes range from A4 to B0, and in addition to the conventional printing on photo paper, we can also print on non-woven fabrics, etc. We also offer a bring-your-own-paper printing service to meet detailed needs. The shop is also equipped with an A4 thermal photo printer for the production of photo prints.

※Cautions for using the printer
The printer is available 24 hours a day for all IIS members. For smooth operation, please note the following precautions when printing.
〇Please bring your IIS card, which is required to enter the room.
〇Please fill in the printing information at the reception and start printing. All outputs, including mistakes, will incur printing charges. If you are not sure about the operation based on the instructional video below, or if you have any problems with the output results, please contact the ITR staff.
〇When outputting in PowerPoint, please bring the original data as well as the data converted to PDF. This is necessary to prevent garbled characters, etc.
〇Please contact us in advance if you wish to print on non-woven materials.
〇If this is your first time using the service or if you do not know how to use it, please check the printing instruction video before printing.

広角から中望遠まで幅広い撮影に対応できる光学2倍ズームレンズ(24mm~48mm)を搭載したドローンを導入しております。上空からの建築物や構造物などの映像収録、フィールドワークでの調査のサポートなどの業務を行っています。また、それ以外にもドローンを活用した記録や点検、実験などのサポート対応を行っています。

We have a drone equipped with a 2x optical zoom lens (24mm~48mm) that can handle a wide range of shooting from wide angle to medium telephoto. Our services include recording images of buildings and structures from the sky and supporting surveys in field work. In addition, we also provide other support services such as recording, inspections, and experiments using drones.
