As we have learned from the pandemic, digital transformation (DX) has a wide variety of merits in addition to cost reduction. However, in DX, we may face a lot of issues regarding security and privacy. We must also consider social-acceptability matters such as energy consumption by data centers and cryptocurrency systems.
This research center aims to solve such social problems and maximize the merits of DX. We thus create socio-information platforms supported by various stakeholders, and promote research activities for utilizing the platforms.
