Flexible Pressure Sensor Sheet Integrating Artificial Neurons Using Organic Floating-Gate PFET for Bedsore Prevention
To reduce the number of wiring for sensor outputs in large area sensor applications, artificial neurons are introduced. Thereby 5 sensor outputs was reduced to 1-bit digital output. A 50-mm square flexible bedsore prevention sheet is fabricated with 2-V organic CMOS transistors. The neuron operation is successfully demonstrated.
